Spring is here, Patches is daily 'getting it on' with his favorite teddy bear slipper... used to be either Joy's, mine or Willy's. Can't remember. Either way, he loves it, and I mean, loves it.
Going to go attempt to make spinach dip. I've searched online and found a very wide variety of recipes, and have had to basically combine two to get one that sounds good to me. I am trying to make one that isn't mayo+sour cream+canned spinach. We have fresh baby spinach here, and cream cheese, and whipping cream, and fresh onions, fresh grated parmesan, etc. so I want to make it fresh.
Does anyone have a good recipe for spinach dip? Preferably a tried and now infamous-type recipe? Or tips and advice? If the one I am going to make today turns out good, I will post the recipe...

And, is it one of these blenders that you have? Does it work good? Do you like it? Mom's thinking of getting a new blender, and I suggested this one...

Bacon. I like bacon in mine. You can't go wrong with bacon.
I never even thought of bacon!!! What an awesome addition! None of the dozens of recipes I looked at had it...
I already made it, though, so it's a little late to try to add it... But I will definitely put it in next time!!!
