I can't wait!
We are getting up at about 5 a.m. to leave... I should really be sleeping, but luckily, Chris likes to drive, and driving puts me to sleep.
So I will snooze a little on the way, and will see you when we get there!

Hey Baby cakes. I hope you had a good NY Eve! I am so, so sorry that we arrived too late to get to see you guys. Your Mom told us that you were in a rush, though, and had a lot to do yet that day so I completely understand. It's not easy to run across the province and back to visit family.
I send you hugs still, though, since I didn't get to give you one in person.

Yeah, we were already running 2 hours behind from when we'd planned to leave when you guys got to Mel's. The only reason that we were even back at Mom and Dad's was that we forgot Chris's jacket...
I wish we'd have had a few more days, either way... definitely will be longer the next time we visit.
And also for next Christmas!
